例: I used to go to work by bus. Now I take a taxi.

2. afford（支付得起）的用法
afford sth 买得起……
afford to do sth 有足够的…去做…
例：His mother couldn’t afford to pay for her child’s education.

3.take pride in sth/ sb = be proud of sth/ sb 为…感到自豪

注：He take pride in everything good I do. 这是一个定语从句。省略了关系代词that。 先行词为不定代词时，关系代词只能用that。
