1. 打电话用语：
在用英语打电话时，如果要问对方“你是„„吗？”一般用：
Is that/this„？
Is that/this„speaking?
其中that 表示打电话的另一方。不能说Are you „？回答时也要说：
Yes, this is„speaking.
Yes, „is speaking.是的，我是„„（在讲话）。
No, it isn't. He/s he isn't here at the moment. 不，不是。他/她此刻不在。
要某人接电话一般用：
Can I speak to „， please?
May I speak to „， please?
Could I speak to „， please?请问我可以和„讲话吗 ？
回答是：Certainly./Sure./Of course.当然可以。
Hold on, please./A moment ,please./wait a minute, please.请稍等。
I'm afraid he isn't here right now.恐怕他这会儿不在。
2. I would love to speak English with your friends.
Would love to do sth.=would li ke to do sth=want to do sth. 想要做„ would经常可缩写成‘d.
He encourages her. 他鼓励她。
